As we've used our Journals, I've noticed my daughter pointing out little things and showing me how grateful she is. We use the kids version with areas for drawing and writing and love them both. My daughter's favorite part is drawing. This has been such a great way to start a new practice and habit for ourselves and a way for my daughter and I to spend time together.
